We are currently seeking a Dean of Student Learningfor our Ocala, FL Campus.
 
The Dean of Student Learning promotes and supports the vision and mission of Rasmussen College and is focused on the academic success of Rasmussen students.

Main Responsibilities

• Focus on success of student in the following sub-populations:  first and second quarter students, students requiring remedial support, ESL/ELL student and students on warning or probation due to poor academic performance.
• Manage full and part-time faculty teaching foundations courses in English and Math.
• Responsible for the management o f the library and the Academic support center functions at the campus.
• Work in collaboration with the Dean of Faculty.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree required from a regionally accredited school.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in education or comparable industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of educator experience (teaching or training).
• Ability to assess and develop faculty.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with students and Management team.
• Ability to build and develop interpersonal relationships.
• Experience working with diverse groups.
• Must possess strong analytical skill and the ability to think strategically and critically to synthesize and integrate data from multiple sources.
